Your booking system handles appointments. MyPet Club gives customers a branded place for memberships, rewards, referrals, and offers, with merchant controls and contribution reporting behind it. The fit call should establish whether that adds enough value beyond what you already use.

A fit call, a relevant demonstration, configuration of one flagship membership or prepaid program, payment connection, staff enablement, QR entry, and a first campaign. We then measure activation over 60 days.

We help configure the Club and enable your team. You still need an accountable owner, a program staff can explain, and a personal invitation to customers. Your business remains responsible for delivering benefits and handling service questions and refunds.
