Website terms
These terms govern your use of mypetclub.pet and its public pages. The site is operated by Koudhai LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. MyPet Club is a product and service brand of Koudhai LLC.
Informational website
This website describes a developing hosted service and invites eligible businesses to discuss a possible relationship. It is general information—not legal, tax, accounting, veterinary, financial, or business advice. A visit, inquiry, demonstration, or proposal does not create a customer relationship. A service relationship begins only under an agreement signed by authorized representatives.
Founding offer and results
The first cohort is limited to five approved merchant businesses. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a place. Public prices exclude Stripe or other payment-processor fees and applicable taxes. The signed order form controls the purchased scope, term, pricing, and any limited launch guarantee.
Demonstrations may use sample data. We do not promise revenue, profit, enrollment, retention, or any other business result. Results depend on the merchant’s offer, execution, customers, market, and other factors outside our control.
Permitted use
You may view and share public pages for lawful evaluation. You may not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or harmful material, infringe rights, or use the site unlawfully. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.
Ownership
Koudhai LLC and its licensors own the website, software, design, copy, documentation, and MyPet Club materials, excluding third-party material and merchant-owned branding. Viewing this site does not grant a license to use our names, logos, screenshots, templates, or other materials. Contact legal@mypetclub.pet for permission requests.
Third-party services
The site may link to scheduling, payment, merchant, social, or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. A link does not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information. Do not send payment-card details, pet-health records, passwords, or other sensitive information through a general inquiry email.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted and error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koudhai LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from public website use. Its aggregate liability arising solely from public website use will not exceed $100. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively. These terms are governed by New Mexico law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where non-waivable law applies. Any dispute arising solely from public website use will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
